Go play outside!!

After spending 3 months in our houses because of the pandemic, it's time to enjoy outdoor activities and mother nature.

Take a break from technology, pack a picnic and go biking or walk  to the beach where you could shell collecting, fishing, stargazing  or bird watching.

Play outside will improve your self-esteem and boost your mental health. 

Go play an outdoor game and have fun with your friends and family. Keep the social distance but go enjoy the hot weather.
