Who can practice yoga?

Whatever is your size,  weight, body shape, religion, or colour skin, you can practice yoga. Single mom, unemployed, activist, CEO, Pastor and many more can benefit from yoga. You do not need to be flexible or stand on your head or put your leg around your neck or be fit to practice yoga. Seniors or Athletes can transform their lives with regular yoga practice.

If you have a temporary/long term injury, limited mobility, or disability, you can practice in a wheelchair or on a chair if you need more support. Office workers can also take advantage of chair yoga. Yoga is for everybody.

Do not be intimidated by Yoga, if you can breathe, you can do Yoga. Listen to your body and adapt the postures depending on your body type or limitation.
